Cook, Eat, Sleep, Work, Repeat
I am an artist who leads a busy life. As a multitasker and a stage show performer, I don’t get to maintain a strict daily routine. However, I try to plan my days and time according to my home and work juggle sessions.
To keep my energy up, I always give a strong preference to a healthy diet. But I cheat on a day or two. I love cooking. That is why I watch cookery videos a lot. They offer a lot of motivation to create something every day apart from unique recipes.
Eating to me is a ritual. It lets me live. Hence I try to maintain proper eating time and habits. My plates carry a good amount of protein and healthy carbs. Seasonal fruits are also important. So, I try to consume at least 100 grams of fruit in the form of salad every day.
Sleep is a medicinal ritual that we all follow. Because of late rehearsals, sometimes I sleep late. But I try to hit the bed every day before 11.30. This habit of mine lets me sleep for at least 7 hours every day and also helps me in waking up early.
I never hold myself back from getting a pending task done. Following my daily task plan or to-do list, I complete my tasks one by one. My sense of responsibility gets boost up. The more I work, the more I feel more complete. I feel confident and everything that I wish to be.
